Collected Data and Purposes
The information collected via our forms (Name, First name, Email, Phone) is processed for the following purposes:
Contacting and following up on applications.
Sending out brochures and documentation.
Subscription to the institution's newsletter.
Invitations to Open House Days (JPO) and school events.
Legal basis: The processing is based on your explicit consent, evidenced by a checkbox when validating the form.
Retention and Recipients
Retention period: Your data is kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact initiated by you.
Data access: Only the administrative team of ICEA has access to the collected information.
Storage and Transfer: For managing our contacts, we use tools from the Google suite (Google Sheets, Gmail). This data may be hosted on servers located in the United States. Google ensures an adequate level of protection through its standard contractual clauses.
Your Rights
In accordance with regulations, you have the following rights regarding your data:
Right of access and rectification.
Right to erasure ('right to be forgotten').
Right to restriction and objection to processing.
Right to data portability.

Cookie and pixel management
The site uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience and measure the audience through Google Analytics. As part of our recruitment campaigns, we use the TikTok Pixel for advertising retargeting. This allows us to offer content tailored to users who have shown interest in our courses.

Note specific to minors
Registration for ICEA training is primarily intended for high school and college students. If you are under 15 years old, consent from a holder of parental authority is required before you provide us with your personal information.
